Question

What should I enter for the payer street name of my 1099-INT form if it does not have that information. It was sent by Department of Treasury IRS, Fresno, CA 93888

The website is insisting that i enter the street name but the infomation is not included in the form. It only has the city, state and zip code. I tried to google that information but no IRS addresses match the zip code.

Yes, specific IRS street addresses are not publicly available. You can enter "Internal Revenue Service" on the street address line.
