What should I put on the California coronation number as a Delaware incorporated S Corp?

I am filing my DE incorporated S Corp a California state tax return. Since i don’t have a cal corporation number. What should I put in the 100s form?

California Corporation Number is an eight-digit number beginning with C. You can try putting in your DE
corporation number.

I suggest you contact the California Franchise Tax board to see if you also need a CA corporation number to do business there.
