What to include for money recieved by dhs, food assist. & cash monies

Your food assistance is not taxable so you don't need to include that.  The cash assistance might be, depending on the reason you received it.   If it is taxable, you would receive a form such as a 1099. 

Also, if you received any Social Security payments, that income needs to be reported, if you have other income.
