Whats going on i paid for the service then when i try to pay my taxes it says Oops! It Looks like we hit a snag this has been happening for the past few hours

it wont let me take the next step to pay my taxes very disppointed just keeps saying Oops! It Looks like we hit a snag

Please attempt the steps below to fix this issue:

  1. Log completely out of TurboTax
  2. Clear your cache and delete your cookies on your browser
  3. Close completely out of the browser and reboot your computer
  4. Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax
  5. You may also attempt using a different browser ( FireFox, Chrome, Internet Explorer ect)

Tried all suggestions

 still having same problem no change after clearing cache and cookies Using 3 different Browser the app, 3 different Internet connections,using above minimum connection speeds
