  It depends on what you are sending @Leo Davis.    Use this link to find out where to mail your Form 1040 - federal tax return.  Mailing Addresses

 

The first column is addresses without a payment and the second column is for those including a check.

Where you mail your Federal tax return depends on whether you are due a refund/ owe Federal taxes and the type of Form 1040 filed. Here is an IRS.gov link with additional information on where Arkansas tax filers can mail their tax returns IRS.gov.
