When am I going to receive my 2016 tax forms? I received a response with a #. I tried it with a response that the question/response could not be accessed!

When will I receive the download for my Federal 2016 tax preparation? I am a yearly subscriber and my subscription was PAID! I want to begin the process.

You have an account, and there is a place where the downloads available to you are listed. Log in to your account, then look for the "downloads". If it's not there, then you need to figure out why. But since you don't mention doing this, odds are it's been there for a while, waiting for you to log in and "download" when you're ready.
