When approving the return conversion, the value that appears as 369 dollars appears as a state refund of 0 dollars after confirmation. What is the reason for this?

There is no problem with my federal tax, but it says ready to mail. Will I receive the money in my bank account or by mail? My state tax was $369. In fact, in the last document I downloaded, $369 appears as a return. But after confirming, the tax home page shows $0 for the State. While doing this, I chose normal e-mail because it did not allow me to receive the documents by e-mail. I would like to change that too.
