If your daughter turned 18 before January 1, 2020, then she cannot be claimed as your dependent for tax year 2019 unless she is attending a college or university full-time, in which case you can claim her up to (but not including) age 24.

 

Please note that there are a number of rules that go into whether or not you can claim a child as a dependent; please review them in Chapter 3 (starting at page 24) here at the IRS website.
