You can submit your efile to Turbo Tax now if all the forms in your return are ready but most aren't.  But there's no hurry.  The returns will just sit on Turbo Tax servers until the IRS opens efiling and starts taking them on January 29.  And you should not file until you get all your forms in the mail like W2s and 1099s.  So if you file too soon and then get another form in the mail you will have to wait a long time and then fill out an amended return to add it.
