When does your fee come out of my return, example: return says refund is 1500.00 is that before or after your fee?

The fee comes out after. So, the number reported is what you'd get overall, then TurboTax deducts its fees. If you choose to do direct deposit, the fees will be deducted after the return is completed and on its way to you. If you choose to pay with credit card, however, you'd get the whole return back.
