Question

When filing, I cannot continue until I add my email. It returns me to the My Info section, but there is no place to enter my email address. Where do I enter my email?

I cannot find where I need to add my address in the My Info section as instructed when I click Start on Step One to File.  I am not able to continue until I enter my email, so I am stuck here.

Cs must verify email address as instructions stated.

You can change/ enter your email from the Tax Home page. 

Select Tax Home on the left.

Scroll down to User account, expand the section.

Select Change user ID, email or password. 

On the Intuit page, log in again, if prompted.

Highlight Sign in & Security on the left.

Enter and verify your email here.

Make sure you verify your email address. 

That is the issue! 

 

Once you do that you will be able to complete your filing!
