When I check my IRS to go it says still being processed. I filed January 31st

If you have not received a letter from the IRS as to an issue with your tax return, there is not much you can do to resolve why your return is taking so long to process.

Once the IRS has resumed its phone service you will need to call them to see what the issue is. The phone number for the IRS is 1-800-829-1040. Currently, there is no information as to when they will resume their phone service.
