When I elect to have my Federal + State of Ohio returns submitted electronically, will my RITA tax and my local school district tax returns also be filed electronically?

I am asking about my RITA (Regional Income Tax Authority) return in Ohio.

No. The RITA form has to be printed and mailed. You may want to try filing it at the RITA web site.

Usually  the School District return  is e-filed with the state return, but there are exceptions. Read the 'filing instructions" that TurboTax prepares, They will tell you if the SD100 was e-filed or if you have to mail it.
