Question

When I get to the file and review my order it gives me an error message when I have strong internet connection and tells me to check back later but I've tried 20 times.

turbo confirmed my documents looked good but when it brings me to the file section and step 1: review your order I keep getting an error message that tells me to check my internet connection and check back later but I've been trying for almost 2 days now and nothing. I have strong internet connection and its letting me access every other page on the site except for this one?

You can also try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
