When I select pay with credit card I get a payment didnt go through error

The program does not give me a place to enter card information, it just goes straight to the error message. This year's program seems to have several bugs. I had to figure out a workaround for the print to PDF, it still will not close properly. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
