When I try to log in through my credit union to get a discount, it says Turbotax doesn't support my Browser. If I log in straight through my browser, there's no problem.

Go ahead and try another browser. If you are in Chrome, try Firefox or Edge. Google the free downloads. You can remove them later if you wish, but it's often useful to have more than one.

The only way to receive the discount is through your credit union's link.
