When is Reject Code F8960-019-04 issue going to be fixed?

My tax return was rejected with Reject Code F8960-019-04 and TurboTax has not provided instructions as to what this rejection is and when is it going to be fixed. Does anyone know if Reject Code F8960-019-04 has been fixed?

UGG! Today is the day it was to be fixed and it is still not.

You might try again. I just did it at 12:40 et and mine went through finally!

Hello!

I got that rejection status yesterday and also one for my NC state filing (because IRS rejected). Made no changes to my filing and today (2/19/23), I submitted at 12:40 et and it went through the IRS. Awaiting NC, but I am hoping this IRS situation has been resolved.
