Sorry, but there is nothing there. The Canadian website does not work for desktop TurboTax software. No answers, no links, nothing on the community, no phone number, no support link chat. Nothing.

@dianajw1 Not sure why you are saying there is nothing there when you click the link for the Canadian user forum or for Canadian tax products. Maybe you did not click around enough. I just went to the site and it seems to be functioning just fine. Look at the top of the screen and click on TurboTax.ca. to get to the desktop and online products.
