When is the IRS supposed to start sending out additional refund amounts resulting from the unemployment tax change?

I filed in February before the unemployment taxing was changed, so I was taxed for all of my unemployment. I should be getting quite a bit more refunded than I initially got. When is the IRS supposed to be sending that out?
