When signing up for the refund advance, I enter spouses name exactly as shown but get a "spouses name doesn't match" error. How do I fix this?

Sign out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies.  If this does not resolve the issue, use a different browser to log into your TurboTax account and see if you're able to successfully continue with the refund advance application.
