When the irs do adjustments to your return does that mean they are finished with the return and you should be getting a date soon

It depends on what adjustments were made to your return. If they made adjustments that reduced your refund, but you are still getting a refund, then yes, you will be getting a date for your refund as soon as they are done processing it. 

 

If the IRS made adjustments that reduced your refund down to zero, or actually caused you to owe taxes, then no, you will not be getting a date for your refund.

 

The IRS will send you a letter in the mail regarding the adjustments they made, why they made them, and what it did to your refund.
