Question

When trying to efile, it asked me about my 2019 state liability and I answered it incorrectly and cannot figure out how to edit it before submitting my taxes?

In the "Income & Expenses" tab, scroll down to "Other Common Income" and "Show More."  There you will "Start/revisit" the topic for "State refunds". 

 

Part of that interview will be to input "2019 State Tax Liability" as that will determine how much of your state refund may be taxable.
