When trying to finalize the refund advance request it says my SS# does not match what the credit bureaus has on file!

when trying to finalize the refund advance request it says my SS# does not match what the credit bureaus has on file!

We need to obtain a bit more information to be able to assist you further.  For this, we ask that you please verify that the primary tax-payer name is the same as the Credit Karma account created for your Refund Advance. 

 

Also, we would like to ask which version of TurboTax are you operating?  If you are using TurboTax Online, which internet browser are you utilzing?
