When trying to fix my rejected return on the TurboTax website, every time I press the "Fix my return" button it does nothing. I am not able to access my return to fix it.

If the "Fix return" button isn't working, do you happen to have a different browser to try, to see if that makes any difference?   If not, you can try this: 

Log out and then close the browser.  Then try again, but this time using a private window (private browsing/incognito mode.)

What are you trying to fix?   Do you know the rejection error code?  Did you get an email with the rejection error code?

If you need to open the return interview back up, you can click on the link "Add a State".   That doesn't really add one, but will open the return interview.
