When trying to import my w-2 it won't load to the next page

I logged my EIN and the wages in Box 1, and when I press continue, it brings me to the next page that states, "Importing your W-2 information to your taxes..." However, it won't load to the next page to continue filing my taxes. Every time I have to retype my info, it has happened for three days.

It's just as fast and easy to manually enter a W2. And the import might come in wrong. You could have manually entered it in the time it took trying to import it and posting this question.

Don't try to import it. At the bottom pick Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself
