The IRS has not released it yet.

2020 Form 7202 (irs.gov)

January 28, 2021

Form 7202, Credits for Sick Leave and Family Leave for Certain Self-Employed, is scheduled to be available on February 4 for both TurboTax Online and TurboTax CD/Desktop.

TurboTax does not support e-filing with this form. So if you use it as part of your return, you will have to file by mail.

For the latest on forms availability check IRS forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products.

Self-employed individuals use this form to figure the amount to claim for qualified sick and family leave equivalent credits under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.

I do not even need this form. However I can not file my taxes until the IRS approves it. I have paid Turbo Tax already and can not file. This form does not even effect me. When can i file my taxes. I need this money but it doesn't look like i'm gonna get it anytime soon. What is the hold up with this dang form.

This form will be available on February 11th, and must be mailed.  TurboTax does not support e-file for Form 7202 and the IRS still shows the instructions in draft.
