When will form 8911 be available?

I spoke to your rep who had to check with a supervisor and was told that form 8911 would be available on 2/21 since the email you sent was in error (indicating that it was available. I cannot complete my taxes without the form since I keep getting error messages on the review.

I have access to Form 8911. Are you trying to access it via Forms? That's how I found it

No i have been trying to file my 2023 taxes now for almost a Month. Turbotax will not allow me to file unless i complete form 8911. I keep getting delays on when I can complete the form. Now i have to wait until 1st week in March. I refuse to use Turbotax next year.

Additional updates are being made to form 8911 around February 28th. Please check back after that date to check for your eligibility to receive the credit.

I've been waiting for weeks to file my taxes. The estimated arrival date for this form in turbotax is always one week away. Has anyone had any luck filing with other services? I saw on forums people that installed home chargers filed at free tax usa without any problems. Thanks!

TurboTax is aware of issues with the Energy Credit and is working with Developers to resolve the issues. The IRS made updates to Form 8911 Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit. TurboTax is planning to make updates around this by 03/02/2024. Please check back then to be sure you are eligible to receive this credit.
