Question

Whenever I try to work on my state tax return, I am on a constant loop of "Thanks Again For Serving Our Country" on all devices and on all internet browsers.

I tried that. They said it wasn’t technical issues even though I tried it on all my devices and browsers. I cleared my cache and cookies on all. They said I needed to do a paper copy after I was on the phone for an hour and a half.

I noticed you may still need assistance with this issue. Last you stated you spoke with phone support but were still unable to come to a resolution. Has that changed or do you still need help. Please let me know and I will work to get you into the right hands.
