Where can I find the Indiana form IT-40 healthcare sharing deduction?

The only deduction I still need to enter is for the Indiana form IT-40 healthcare sharing deduction, but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Many things have been corrected in the latest updates to TurboTax. Were you able to find where to enter this?
