Where can I find the reference/confirmation number for our 2023 Ohio tax payment?

Ohio sent us a letter stating that they did not receive our payment. I can where it came out of our account, but they require a confirmation/reference number from the third party site we went through.

TurboTax never knows how, who or even if you paid your state tax due. TT only passes the direct debit to the state if you chose to pay via direct debit. Your proof that you paid is your own bank or credit card record.
