Box 12d of what form or schedule?  Federal or State tax return?  What tax year?

On the assumption (perhaps unwarranted) that you are looking for the figures you entered from your W-2s, you can find that on your Wage and Tax Statement in the PDF that you (hopefully) saved after you completed your return.

And if you are referring to 12d on the W-2, then we'll need to know what the letter code is in the box. Box 12 has sub boxes a, b, c, and d, but it is the letter code (like D or DD or W) that determines the meaning of the dollar amount next to it, not whether it was 12a or 12d or whatever.
