Turbotax will prepare a simple return for free.

The IRS Freefile program allows taxpayers with income under certain limits to prepare returns for free even if they include complex situation that would not normally qualify for free filing.  Turbotax no longer participates in IRS Freefile, but you can find a list of other software companies that do participate on the IRS web site.

Other than that, you will likely have to pay for software or for a tax preparer to assist you.
