Where do I enter a payment made on an *amended* state return in 2024, for 2023 taxes? I only see places to enter "2023 state estimated tax paid in 2024".

On Other Income Taxes or Income Taxes Paid, click on the start button
On the following screen -
Under Other Income Taxes Paid in 2024
On Balance due on your 2023 state taxes paid in 2024, click on start
