When you enter your W-2, you'll enter the federal taxes withheld, the social security and Medicare withholding. If you are able to import your W-2, TurboTax will automatically enter these amounts in the appropriate place.

To enter your W-2, see How do I import or enter my W-2 in TurboTax Online?

Taxes are pay-as-you-go. This means that you need to pay most of your tax during the year, as you receive income, rather than paying at the end of the year. Underpayment penalties are assessed if you don't withhold or pay enough tax on income received during each quarter.
