Where do I enter legal fees that I paid to my attorney for my disability claim?

    You don't -- legal fees are no longer deductible. 

     

    Prior to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, the IRS allowed individuals to deduct attorney fees when the fees were related to a tax issue or producing taxable income.
