Where do i enter local earned income tax

I live in pennsylvania and pay local earned income tax each quarter.  it doesn't show on a w-2 and I don't receive any forms.  just want to make sure I get the benefit of this in deduction

Go to the Federal Taxes tab, and choose Deductions and Credits.

Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.

Select Other Income Taxes. See screenshot.

Select Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099. See screenshot.

On the next screen, enter the amount and locality of your local earned income tax paid in 2016.
