Your answer does not indicate where one "clicks on Federal Taxes".  Is on the Electronic return, on the Turbo Tax site, or IRS.com site?

I cannot find where the Deluxe software allows me to enter this information.  Is it because after the 2022 return data is transferred to the 2023 return, the opportunity to respond to "other tax situations" does not appear?

The final step to filing the electronic return asks to enter one's IP Pin; however, it only accepts five digits, and it tells you so in the error notes, like "enter five digits" and "invalid character or too many characters" when I attempt to enter my IRS-provided six-digit Pin.  I have received two rejection errors, IND996 and IND151-01 and the solutions provided to get the six-digit pins that I have done, but the Turbo tax program does not allow me to enter six-digits.  What I don't understand is why everyone else doesn't have this issue!  Please enlighten me if you can, otherwise I will have to mail it in like I had to do last year with the same problem.

In the TurboTax software that you are using to prepare your 2023 return

If you have a 6 digit PIN issued to you by the IRS you need to enter it in order to e-file.  Go to Federal>Other Tax Situations>Other Return Info>Identity Protection PIN and enter the six-digit PIN.
