Because of underpayments for 2017, I was forced to pay $499 four times (a total of $1996) to Indiana Department of Revenue for 2018 taxes using form IT-40 ES. I am not finding a place in the Turbo Tax state tax entry for 2018 taxes to get credit for these repayments. And it's charging me a $69 penalty again for underpayment. Help please?
