Where do I enter taxes on 1099-DIV box 4? There is no box on the form in Wages and Income form.

To enter taxes withheld on a 1099-DIV in TurboTax, you need to check the box under the section you enter your dividends that states "My form has info in more than just these boxes (this is uncommon)."
You will then see the rest of the boxes from the Form 1099-DIV and you can enter your federal taxes withheld, Box 4.
