Where do I enter the 1099-INT and the 1095-C forms?

First of all you do not enter a 1095-C. You only enter a 1095-A if you got one from MarketPlace Insurance or ACA or ObamaCare.

Interest on 1099-INT - Click the Start or Update button

Don't try to import it. On the Let Us Enter Your 1099 page scroll down to the bottom and pick Enter a different way
