To use TurboTax, you must buy and download to your computer the 2018 program. Here is a link to find it: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A prior year tax return must be printed and mailed. It cannot be efiled.

If you want to complete your tax return manually, you can get forms from the IRS web site: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/prior-year
