There isn't a "My Account" section on the TurboTax Mobile App.    Likewise, there is no longer a My Account tab in Online TurboTax.  The website was redesigned 3-4 years ago.    You must be looking at old instructions for something.   What exactly are you needing to do, and we can probably tell you how you can do it.    What are you needing to do that was at the former "My Account?"

Oh, I just saw that you're trying to get into account settings.  You have to do that in your Online account, not in the app.

 

Sign into Online TurboTax with a browser.   Once logged in, go to the left menu column.  Scroll way down to Intuit Account.
