Where do I find the "import a prior year return" function in Turbotax Online to import my .tax2023 file?

I filed my 2023 return using TurboTax desktop. It's not showing up in my account on TurboTax online. Help tells me to "Look for the option to import a prior year return and select your .tax2023 file" but I can't find that option.
