Where do I indicate taxpayer is deceased on my mom's return?

You indicate that a taxpayer is deceased in the MY INFO section of TurboTax.  Check the box "I am preparing this return for xxx, who has passed away" and enter the date of death.

 

So sorry for the loss of your mother.
