Where do I insert my license code to start 2024 taxes?

The license code is for desktop tax program. It is not used for the online program. When you download and install the desktop version, a screen will come up to input your license code.

If you need to enter a license code when you first start TT it will ask you to enter it. I don't know if the online program requires a code or if this is only for the download program which is what I use.

I downloaded the 2024 home and business turbo tax and when i went back to activate with the code it wouldnt let me
