Are you doing a schedule C? What type of advisory fee did you charge?. Need a little more information .

If this is not from self-employment you will enter it on Line 8 other income Schedule 1 Form 1040.  If it is from self-employment you will enter it on Schedule C Profit or Loss from Business.
