Please clarify further as to exactly what type of payment you are referring to.

By "estimated tax payment from the 2019 return", do you mean a Federal overpayment from your 2019 return that you applied all or in part to your 2020 return in lieu of a refund?     If so, we can tell you how to enter it so you get credit for it..   Also any 2019 state/local overpayment applied to 2020.

Or did you make some other kind of "estimated tax payment", such as quarterly estimated tax payments for 2020 that you need to report?
