Where do I start?

I have been helping my sister babysit her son and she pays me on a weekly basis. Its not a business but more of a favor. I made below $10,000 and she wants to claim it as a childcare expense. My question is how would I go about doing this with my taxes? She paid me through paypal and I didnt receive checkstubs so it was like I got paid under the table. Again, this wasn't a business, just something to help my family.

You have self-employment income as far as the IRS is concerned, if you babysat in your own home. Did you babysit in your own home or Sister's home?    If you babysat in HER house you were a household employee and she is supposed to give you a W2.  Post back so we know how to reply further.

OK---we still need to know more.  Do you all live with your parents?  Are your parents claiming your sister as a dependent?  Is your sister claiming YOU as a dependent?
