Question

Where else do I add 1099 misc info. It keeps telling me this income is not reported on another form or schedule?

If this is self-employment income, the 1099-MISC income form is reported on Schedule C. Schedule C is entered in the Self-employed version of TurboTax or you may qualify for the IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax .

  • It's geared towards lower-income filers, regardless of tax return complexity, and is only offered through the IRS Free File Alliance (FFA) program. No upgrades are available.
  • See Where do I enter a 1099-MISC?
