Where in step-by-step entry do I enter my self-preparer's name?

Name is missing on final completed forms but I never saw an option to enter the preparer's name when entering data via the step-by-step method.  Fortunately my PIN number and state driver's license info. were picked up from last year's return.  Will IRS reject my return because the e-file signature is missing?

You do not enter this. Your name is on the tax return and you are who prepared it.
